Traditional Moslavina House
Description
The City Museum of Čazma strives to show the life of the rural and urban environment in the distant and recent past of Čazma and the surrounding settlements for every contemporary. With these goals, the Museum decorated this traditional house in a village Gornji Miklouš under house number 45. The house was built in 1924 in the traditional rural style of this area. Like most Moslavina peasant houses of that time, it was built of oak beds and wickerwork and covered with clay tiles (so-called Čazmanac). It faces towards the road and the nearby church of St. Nicholas.
