Cross Hill Run

After the pandemic break, the Cross hill run race returns to Križ in full glory, and for an even better experience for all runners and visitors, we combine the race with the Krigl fest – Craft & grill & rock fest event!

Mario Petreković, the host of both events, will spice up the whole day's good atmosphere, and the organizers, Općina Križ and Run Croatia j.d.o.o., in addition to the 5 and 10 km races and the Beer Mile, have also prepared rich accompanying content. After the races, in addition to which there will also be a crafts and handicrafts fair and animation sports games for children organized by the Križić-kružić Kindergarten, the Krigl Fest will be followed by the enjoyment of craft beer, good food and music, which will be provided by the bands Westsiders & Odin S, Jumpin jigawatts and the stars of the evening band Kojoti.

Precisely because of the hills and the unusual route along which the 10 km, 5 km race will run, the Municipality of Križ is cooperating with the Run Croatia team, whose official calendar includes the Cross hill run Križ 2023.

Event time: May 13, 2023 from 3 p.m. (Saturday)

Start - Finish of the race: Cross-center at 5:00 p.m

Length: 5 and 10 km and Beer Mile

Time limit: 75 min

Four beers, one mile - a beer mile for the first time in Križ! The Kriška beer mile is an event where we combine the Cross hill run and the Krigl fest this year! The Beer Mile is a competition that challenges those brave (or crazy) enough. In 1600m you have to drink 4 beers every 400m and finish the race! Sounds simple? Feel free to try!

The price of the entry fee for the 5 km and 10 km race includes the following:
